• Course planning: Courses or group appointments with several participants of a trainer/ practitioner with associated room can now be planned. A course planning page has been set up, where a course can be configured with instructor/trainer and number of participants and scheduled in time intervals. Guests can be freely booked in and course lists can be printed via different channels.
• Automatic billing: The billing of appointments can automatically transfer the treatments, courses and participation in appointments from arrangements to your hotel system with a certain follow-up to the appointments. When you create an appointment, you can save a different price that is transferred during manual or automatic billing.
• Fix appointments: Warning message for fixed room, employee and/or appointment.
