Our interfaces can already do something: from the moment a reservation is created, your guests are also known in our systems. You can choose the status in which the reservation is to be reported - whether already in optional status without or with deduction from the room contingent or only with a fixed reservation. Stay data, fellow travellers and their guest profiles are transferred - with existing personal data and notes. However, this only happens if there is a business transaction in the SPA that requires the complete data for communication with the spa. The language of the guest determines the language of the customer documents, if translations are provided.
All reservation changes are immediately visible in our systems so that, for example, the room number is always up to date. Arrangement components, packages and individual services are transferred to MY SPA for realisation. A wide range of details about the guest's stay are shown in the schedule overview. Coloured markers in the calendar show the reservation status - green for the day of arrival, red for the day of departure and blue for a cancelled or changed stay or other conflicts with the reservation.
Each treatment, sales item and tip can be transferred to individual or collective accounts. Sales account IDs are maintained in the interface.
Treatments, item sales and tips are billed to the guest's reservation, financial accounts or folios. Service confirmations can be generated at the wellness desk for the guest to sign. Day Spa guests can be checked into a day guest account, then receive their final bill at the front desk. Alternatively, we also offer our web-based MY POS cash register as an add-on: transactions from MY SPA are sent directly to the cash register and, depending on the country, may be registered for tax purposes and can be billed there. The turnover is sent to the hotel system for information purposes.
