Store and manage all media in one format, in one place, accessible to multiple users.  A virtual folder structure allows easy editing and enhancing.  Media files are Keyword tagged to narrow search requirements and provide precise and accurate results.

Secure Environment:

myPOOL provides user-friendly management.  Permissions are defined within the created user login.  Subfolders are assigned to customers or partners that allow access and management in a secure environment.  In addition, invitations may be sent via e-mail or simply linked to your website.

Optimized Uploads:

Large volumes of data are maintained.  The complete spectrum of data is uploaded during the initial installation.  Throughout day-to-day operations, as many as 5 files may be uploaded simultaneously, or files may be compressed to ZIP and uploaded. 

On-Demand Exporting:

myPOOL converts images in different formats, i.e. high resolution TIF or compressed JPG.  Frequently used formats are defined as templates.  Data conversion is processed “on the fly” making additional image copies unnecessary.

Media Distribution Control:

Media data is sent to various channels directly from the frontend via e-mail.  Simply write a comment, select the media data and forward it to your contact.
